Count on professional support
Laso provides four levels of comprehensive professional support throughout the recruiting process:
Laso researchers cast the widest possible net for qualified, motivated professionals. They maintain wide networks of both active and potential candidates, establishing initial relationships that grow steadily into top quality pools of available talent.
Laso recruiters constantly check the status of current openings and work to match them with ideal candidates. They take the research process a step further, digging deeply into a candidate’s background with specific client needs in mind.
Laso account managers work hand-in-hand with clients, using our detailed, time-lined process to place the right candidate in the right place at the right time. Account managers help clients plan for long term development by understanding which candidate profiles and skill sets best match company goals.
Laso administrators help the entire team work as efficiently as possible, updating data and managing communication for both clients and candidates. Online position and candidate postings are handled promptly and accurately.
